Alejo Campos welcomed participants and provided logistical details regarding transportation options for attendees. He informed them that one bus would depart at 3:00 PM to visit Antigua Guatemala, while another would depart at 4:00 PM for Ciudad Cayalá, a closer destination within the city. Participants were requested to inform organizers of their preferred transportation option.
Campos also acknowledged International Women’s Day, extending greetings to all women present and emphasizing the significance of bolstering efforts to combat violence against women while promoting women’s empowerment.
He concluded by expressing gratitude to the attendees and inviting Robert Pittenger, President of the Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum, to deliver the opening remarks and officially commence the forum.
