As a member of the executive team of the company, I serve as senior vice president of global government relations and public affairs at D-Wave, a quantum computing company that builds and deploys applications to help the public and private sector solve some of their most complex challenges. In this role, I lead D-Wave’s global government affairs and public policy strategy, helping the company navigate complex political, regulatory, and reputational issues while strengthening relationships with policymakers, administration officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders. I advance industry objectives related to the adoption of emerging technologies, including quantum computing and AI, and frequently speak at industry events and participate in panel discussions. I was named to the list of Top Lobbyists for 2025 by the Hill.
Throughout my career, I have developed and executed integrated advocacy strategies that combine direct government engagement with strategic communications, digital media, corporate investment, coalition building, and public affairs. I translate complex legislative and regulatory developments into actionable guidance for business leaders, helping organizations anticipate policy challenges, advance strategic priorities, and address critical business and reputational issues.
