Jeffrey Ian C. Dy is a former Undersecretary for Infostructure Management, Cybersecurity, and Upskilling at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in the Philippines. His tenure in the agency officially concluded in April 2025 following a leadership transition and administrative reshuffling under the department.
