N. MacDonnell Ulsch is Chief Analyst at “The China 863 Analyst”. A Guest Lecturer on Cyber Warfare at the US Military Academy at West Point, he is also a cyber and national security Research Fellow at Boston College. The author of “Threat! Managing Risk in a Hostile World” and “Cyber Threat! How to Manage the Growing Risk of Cyber Attacks”, he was previously Senior Managing Director of Cyber Crime at PwC, and served on several US government commissions. He also served as a threat advisor to the US intelligence community.
